How due-date reminders work

Three days before, on the day and the day after: the phone notice goes out on its own. WhatsApp you send with one tap.

Step by step

  1. Every morning WeAppGym sends the phone notice to whoever is due in three days, today or yesterday. You don't do anything.
  2. In Front desk, Today's WhatsApp builds the list of people still to message on WhatsApp, text already written.
  3. Tap each one: the chat opens with the message ready and you just send it.
  4. To remind someone outside those days, open their card and use Send a fee reminder.
Turn on phone notifications

Due dates, approved payments, tomorrow's bookings and gym announcements, on your phone screen.

Record a payment at the front desk

A member pays cash or shows you a transfer: you record it and their plan renews.
