You collect the way you already do. WeAppGym keeps nothing.

Money goes from the member to your account and never passes through us. Cash and transfers cost nothing; automatic billing costs what the processor charges, and not a cent more.

You connect your own Stripe account and the member's card is charged every month, straight to you. You pay the fee Stripe publishes for your country; we add nothing.

Even if nobody uses automatic billing, the automatic phone notifications get people paying on time in cash or by transfer, without you chasing them.

What people ask before buying

How does the free trial work?

Thirty days with everything open. With a card on file, the first charge comes after the trial; cancel before and nothing is charged.

What currency do I pay in?

Prices are in US dollars, charged by card.

Does WeAppGym take a cut of my fees or sales?

No. You pay the plan and nothing else. Cash and transfers cost nothing; automatic billing pays only the fee of the processor you connect, in your name.

Are fee reminders sent by the system or by me?

The phone notification and the in-app notice go out on their own, every day, before the due date and when overdue. The WhatsApp message is drafted in a queue and sent with one tap.

Can I have more than one location?

From Iron Core, yes. Each extra location has a flat monthly charge, with its own page, grid and desk over the same members.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You start at yourbusiness.weappgym.com and when you are ready you connect your domain by pasting two nameservers where you bought it. We handle the rest, certificate included.

How do I bring my current members over?

Add them from the desk in four steps, or send them your site's link and they register themselves, picking their plan. Write to us if there are many and we will sort it out with you.

What if I leave one day?

Cancel whenever you want and take your contacts and payment history with you. It is in the terms.
