Collect an order and “pay later”

Store orders reach the front desk. A member can take the water now and pay next time.

Step by step

  1. Open Store and the Sales tab. In progress lists the orders still to collect, prepare or hand over.
  2. An order On tab was taken without paying. When the member pays, tap Collect: the payment is recorded.
  3. When it's prepared tap Ready for pickup, and when you hand it over, Collected.
Add products to the store

Water, clothing, supplements: with sizes, colours, a photo per colour and stock. Sold on your site and at the desk.

Record a payment at the front desk

A member pays cash or shows you a transfer: you record it and their plan renews.
