Change a member's plan

From 3 days a week to unlimited, or the other way round. It doesn't move the due date they already paid for.

Panel → Front desk → the member → PlanFront deskOwner

Step by step

  1. In Front desk, tap the member's name.
  2. Under Plan pick the new one in Change to and tap Change plan.
Create your plans and set their prices

Unlimited, three times a week, day pass: what you sell, how often it's charged and how it looks on your site.

Record a payment at the front desk

A member pays cash or shows you a transfer: you record it and their plan renews.
