Ways to train and highlights

Step by step

1. In Settings find Ways to train. Each one is a tab on your site.
2. Tap Edit to change the title, subtitle, description and the three points on the right, or Add a way to train for a new one.
3. Further down, under Strong points, are the three boxes in About us: tap Edit on each.
